My worldtravel preparations and developments

There are a million ways to make our dreams come true, and even more ways to fail. Having money makes it often easy… But what if you want to do it without any money at all, or at least with as low costs as possible?

Can you still make you dream come true?
I believe it’s possible. And it’s a great challenge!

My worldtravel preparations and developments at the moment:

In less then a week after I registered the domain name www.worldtravelingartist.com and mailed my first ‘newsletter’ (on 2008/06/29) to about 50-100 people from my private addressbook, I now made sure my (cms) website is set up.

As a result of my newsletter mailing, I can now happily announce that

• I also scored my first big sponsor, Prof Publiciteit who definitely has a nose for (in the future) high traffic websites. ;-) Thanks Court-Jan!
• I recieved 3 offers from friends (and friends of my friends) who would like to stay at my home for one year long… while it can be only one. :-? So, we’ll have to apply a ‘lottery’ principle here, haha. But that’s a luxury problem.
• A good friend of mine is willing to take care of my bank accounts while I’m away. (Thanks Sas!)

So far so good.. even GREAT!
But there is a way lot more to be done!

My highest priority right now is to get my 1 year worldtravel ticket sponsored. Here we’re talking about the costs of 3000 euro, more or less, and this should be done by one of my ‘main sponsors’, soooo… this one isn’t going to be easy - but it shall be done!
