Helsinki

As soon as I landed in Helsinki and put my mobile on again, there came a storm of sms messages from friends, wishing me a great travel around the world… so THANK YOU guys! I’m unfortunately unable to answer to all of you. Therefore a big thanks this way!

It was kinda hard to keep my eyes open, after 3 days (in a row) of partying. As I left the airplane I also needed a cigarette, so I didn’t leave the airport at once but I went to the airports smokers area. I felt tired as hell.

Things I just don’t buy

Boarding at Schiphol, Amsterdam, was horrible! Although I was an hour ahead, I’ve checked at Finnair within 2 minutes.. I still had to stand half an hour in the row waiting (almost missed the flight). Customs, control, security measures and stuff, they say… and I wonder whom are they protecting with all that procedural crap? And from whom? I don’t think it’s me they care about. They were unnecessarily bugging me in stead.

Well anyway, I decided NOT TO BUY anything at the airport, certainly not in “See Buy Fly” shop. All political, monopolists, terrorism, manipulation crap…. Screw them!

The food and coffee in the airplane, provided by Finnair were fairly good.

Helsinki looked good and large. Somehow the city made me think of Belgrade, only Helsinki is a bit cleaner and less crowdy. A perfect place for a photoshoot. :)

The photoshoot in Helsinki

The photoshoot was planned for the next day (Sunday), just a day after my arrival and another one was planned for Tuesday. However, Sunday afternoon during the shoot, I planned one more shoot with the same photographer (Ville) for the next Thursday.

Photographer: Ville Paul (www.villepaul.fi)
Model: Gini (www.modelmayhem.com/428016)

Both were doing a great job, the photographer and also a model. As the matter of fact, they both rock!

Because of Gini’s hair color and the shape of her face, I decided to accent her cheeks a little bit extra. I used Mineral Powder (Gold) of Max Factor to accomplish just that.

He kreng…. zonder kroegen zou het nog wel kunnen (in buitenland hebben ze immers ook kroegen!), maar zonder jou- en je pimp wordt ‘t wel lastig.
