Inbox (dead man walking)

That’s what she said, referring to my lifestyle, considering the fact that I haven’t been without hangover ever since I came back to NL… let’s say about ten days ago now.

So, she’s been judging me, in a way of being “concerned.”
Then she started to cry.

I hate it when women do that.

It makes me feel… hmmm. I don’t know.

Me: Stop crying, I’m not even dead yet.
Her: I’m so scared that if you keep
living like this I’ll be within no
time standing on your grave.
Me: With flowers in your hands
I suppose?
Her: Wh… shmrk… wh… what?
Me: You’ll bring the flowers and
put it on my grave, right?
Her: Well, yeah… smrk.. I guess so.
Me: See, now it’s positive again. I like that.

We were only about 5 minutes from having a f*ck.

As she finally started to laugh and sweeped her tears away, I put my arm around her shoulder and scrolled down my Inbox.

Further down my Inbox, on the other hand, my ex said: “she won’t give me all the money back” that she got from me as a loan, some half year ago, so she could buy a car. She said: “You were fu*king me, so you should pay my Spain ticket. The difference I’ll pay you back spread in terms.” That she said too.

My fiscal adviser is a smart man. I spoke to him yesterday. He said I should chase my money back*! The same (oh well, kind of) was said about 3000 euro GreenChoice RIP OFF, for the — end of the year energy bill — they sent it to me AFTER I went to travel… SO, WHAT YOU CAN’T SEE, YOU JUST HAVE TO PAY!

Yet, it makes me wonder: is it possible that a — single — person burn so much energy in just one year time? Come on, I’ve been regularly paying their monthly fee too!

My copywriter said further down my Inbox: “not to worry, once she’s here we’ll get my money back or we’ll otherwise nail ‘da bit*hes!” ;-)

My fiscal adviser also said: “it’s a good move to sale Open Handel, despite the bad market climate. And that I was right by saying that the guys on MkbNext.nl probably write nonsense!”

The newspapers guy I spoke the day before yesterday, however disagreed on that latest.

And that’s what I told the newspapers guys as well. Not to be stubborn. Perhaps they should listen when my fiscal adviser talks after all. Or at least pay some attention when I talk. :) There is no crisis. It’s all crap. Businessmen do not “burn” their money. it can’t get vaporized into the air, just like that…. They do a lot with money — but they don’t do these things. They spend it, save it, shift it a bit left or right, but they don’t smoke it!!
Unless they are hard core smokers like me..

Perhaps the newspapers paparazzi guys should adjust their headlines a little?

But I’ve got another message this morning, saying that: “She’s sick of waiting for my company fiscal numbers, and that’s impossible to communicate with me ‘as a person and also as a business partner…’ so, she decided she won’t buy Open Handel, so she’s pulling back.”

What a mess.

That’s OK. Nobody has to buy anything. I’m not that pushy guy. I was of course planning to send my fiscal numbers today, as I previously promised, but obviously waiting 3 days was just too long for her. So I was just too late. The only question is now: what the hell am I still doing here? Maybe I should leave?!

My bank folks said they can give me 20 000 just like that, based on my monthly cash flow…
Do I smell another travel is calling now?

I felt I was sinking in my thoughts.

Her: Alex?!
Me: Yes?
Her: Perhaps you should empty your inbox?
Me: Are you buying me a dinner?
Her: Yes.
Me: Cute.... Or shall we f*ck first?
Her: Don't push it..
Me: Alright, give me a second.... there, see.. all gone. I'm all flexible. Let's go now.

On the other hand, 20 000 is not “kattenpis”! (damn! How do you translate something like that in English?). Maybe I should just grab the money, put it in my pocket and go and travel again???

With 20 000 you can get pretty far.. I think.
Even if you were a dead man.

* One more thing. Don’t be stupid.. don’t go green. There is no green energy on this planet (yet) or you’ll otherwise get ripped off in belief the sky is blue and the grass is green. And before you know, Bling bling .. you pay 3000 Euro extra! You better put your mind together and do something else with your money… anything…. World travel for instance. Unless you have nothing better to do then hire good and expensive lawyers who are going to nail the suckers down and let them bleed. :)
